Overview
In this role you lead core international finance systems, driving efficiency in monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
You will act as the bridge between Global and International Finance and IT, ensuring system performance and reliable financial consolidation.
You will oversee SAP BPC and CXO-based reporting, enabling accurate, timely close cycles.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise SAP BPC and CXO systems for performance and reliability
- Lead upgrades, enhancements, and cross-platform integrations with IT and Finance
- Develop, test and document system processes; maintain user access and internal controls
- Provide technical user support and create training materials for global users
- Prepare systems for monthly close, annual budgeting, and monthly forecast reporting
- Manage FX rate uploads and communicate updates to regional and group reporting teams
- Handle complex accounting entries (NCI, JV, hyperinflation adjustments, FP&A capex updates)
- Configure M&A financial system setup (acquisitions, disposals, intangible assets)
- Ensure automated eliminations and reconciliations between International and Global systems
- Coordinate with legal on quarterly entity updates and review journals with Corporate Controller
- Key requirements
- Proven experience with enterprise consolidation tools (SAP BPC) and MI platforms (CXO)
- Strong accounting foundation in multi-currency consolidations, M&A accounting, hyperinflation, NCI/JV
- Ability to build relationships across regional finance, corporate management and IT
- High attention to internal controls, documentation, and data accuracy
