About the Role:
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining an exceptional environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Excellence: Carrying out all assigned cleaning duties using checklists and making full use of guidance and training provided.
- Cleaning Activities: Undertaking manual and mechanical cleaning tasks according to the set schedule.
- Waste Management: Correctly collecting, segregating, and disposing of waste materials and replacing liners, following all policies.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Providing emergency and other ad hoc cleaning as required.
- Safety Compliance: Always using appropriate work equipment and PPE, and reporting safety issues or accidents to your line manager.
Desirable:
Whilst experience in undertaking a range of cleaning duties is beneficial, it’s not required as comprehensive training will be given. Candidates should possess sufficient English language skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
