The role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive legal team, working closely with operational and commercial colleagues to provide clear, practical legal advice and ensure that our business operates with confidence and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and proposals in line with G4S Standards with a particular focus on customer contractsAdvising the business on associated commercial and legal risks and helping to manage and mitigate themNegotiating new contracts and amendments to contracts with customersSupporting the business in meeting its contractual obligationsCollaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver effective solutionsWhat We're Looking For:Up to 6 years' PQE as a solicitor (UK or Ireland)A solid understanding of contract and commercial law (in England or Scotland)Excellent drafting skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWhat We OfferThe chance to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a global leaderHome-based contract with some requirements to attend G4S offices or customer officesSalary: Competitive base salary, generous annual leave allowance plus other benefits.At G4S, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate commercial awareness, sound judgement and the ability to balance priorities effectively.
