Growing the regions contractual service income (currently over 2.5m) through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offerings.Managing engineering performance to make sure we attain 95% response targets to our customer base.Managing PPM performance, attaining 100% completion of scheduled works within month.Managing first fix performance, looking for ways to improve on an already strong performance.General performance management of a team of 12 engineers to make sure all G4S Values and processes are followed.Overseeing small works.Managing reactive billing and planned works to attain a monthly income in line with P&L.Customer meetings and account management. Obviously a lot more to the role but the above are the headlines. The position will be 40hrs per week, 25 days annual leave (+B/Hols). Company car, pension, phone, laptop. Successful candidates must be located in the South East for ease of reach to both customers and local engineering base.
