What will you be doing
Attend to Planned Preventative Maintenance calls as directed by team coordinators
Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks according to established PPM programs.
Documenting maintenance activities, identifying potential problems, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Rectify all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control.
Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Collection/recording of site configuration information, ensuring that the
Asset Register is correct
Maintain car stock (spares) levels
What we are looking for
A minimum of 5 yearsβ experience installing or servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities) a wide product base of access control systems, CCTV
systems and intruder alarm systems.
Experience of installing or servicing fire alarm systems servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities), ideally GENT based.
Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage and current drain
Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.
An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach at all times.
Comfortable working irregular hours
There is also some must haves
Must be able to pass BS7858 screening.
Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.
Enhanced DBS.
Some government sites will require further screening.
