We are looking to recruit additional Customer Care Stewards to support our current Events Team working at Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh - hosting Terminal V Festival, We Love It Festival, Royal Highland Show and Sam Fender. Additionally, you could find yourself supporting the broader music and sports events at Murrayfield - Robbie Williams, Oasis and AC/DC - Power Up Tour. Sporting venues such as the home of Edinburgh Rugby and Scottish Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium and Hive Stadium and football at Dunfermline Athletic’s interests! You could be part of making these events a success.

We can offer you opportunities to be part of a wide range of events to suit your lifestyle, whether it’s flexible ad hoc hours whilst you study; weekend or evening work during your free time; or working 40+ hours a week, we have a wide range of shifts available.
Our Events Customer Care Stewards provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff, therefore you will be responsible for securing the venues, staff and visitors for our customers. This may include:
- Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
- Visitor Engagement: Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors attending the event
- Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the visitor experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in events is not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be over 18 years old
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification not essential, but must be willing to complete the fully funded training once on board
- Excellent communication skills and customer focused.
