Main Purpose of Job

Join G4S as a Co-ordinator in Contract Management and you will become part of a well-trained, tight knit team providing an essential, cash transportation service to the local community. Your primary responsibility will be to work with customer data load requests onto our legacy databases and you will need to be confident working to stringent procedures designed to ensure that our service remains superior, and that our customer requirements are met with optimum efficiency.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To take ownership of customer contact, requests and queries ensuring that they are dealt with through to a successful and timely outcome.
  • Management of individual workload according to agreed objectives and SLA’s.
  • To provide confirmation of customer requirements via an appropriate communication channel.
  • The ability to respond to a customer (internal or external) in a professional manner.
  • To follow processes and procedures in accordance within our Financial, Risk and Service parameters.
  • To be accountable for the accuracy of work.
  • Able to assist with varied tasks such as ad-hoc requests, bulk cash requirements, cash processing, bank applications, contact work and query management.
  • A mind set of continual improvement always looking to improve on current processes and procedures and establish error at root cause for permanent resolution.
  • To be able to multi-task across the various CRM work queues to facilitate increased knowledge of all aspects of service delivery.
  • Provides support to other team members, and actively seeks to support the Management within the department by undertaking reasonable tasks as and when required to do so.
  • To be able to work unsupervised at key times and ensure work is completed within timescales that have been previously agreed.
  • Deliver on-going business improvement projects set out by the Management Team.
  • Undertake other duties that may reasonably be assigned to you by your line manager or the business.

Person Specification

To succeed as a Contract Management Co-ordinator you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate - Have a good working knowledge of PC packages, Word, Excel and Google, must have a sound understanding of formulas and macros.
  • The ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and high attention to detail.

We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:

  • You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
  • You will need to be prepared to undergo airport style searches when entering and leaving our premises and be comfortable working within a secure and confined environment.
  • You will be subject to a medical review, which may include a medical assessment with an occupational health practitioner.
