G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Cleaning Working Supervisor on a full-time basis based in Cheltenham. We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, tenacious individual who is committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction by supporting the Cleaning Team Leader to manage the cleaning team. You will have strong attention to detail, be efficient at problem solving and decision making and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule work to accommodate staffing levels and customer requests, ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met.
- Communicate updates with the Client, Customers, and other G4S departments.
- Maintain and produce operational performance records.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning practices and procedures.
- Cover supervisory tasks like Employee Development Reviews and leave approvals.
- Balance operative and supervisory responsibilities based on operational needs.
- Work safely, following all health and safety procedures, using provided safety equipment, and attending required safety training.
- Report unsafe conditions, damage, or near misses, and cooperate with Health and Safety inspections and audits.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Facility Management role.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be able to work under pressure and manage a variety of priorities.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
