We are seeking a dynamic P&RSupervisor to oversee the operational management, service delivery, and compliance of our Patrol & Response branches. You will lead service delivery, manage key client relationships, and ensure total compliance with company and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily P&R branch performance, conduct regular workaudits, and maintain audit-ready company records.
- Act as the primary contact for predefined customers, lead KPI meetings, and swiftly resolve service complaints with formal Corrective Action Plans.
- Partner with subcontractors, manage task scheduling, and deliver services to ensure staff exceed G4S performance standards.
- Facilitate new business setups, identify upsell opportunities, and verify daily tasks to ensure accurate invoicing and support cash collection.
- Streamline operating processes to find cost savings and improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Requirements
- Driving Licence: Full UK driver’s licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Location: West Midlands / North West England / North Wales
- Communication: Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and high-profile corporate clients.
- Standards: Strict adherence to Health & Safety, ISO, and Information Governance policies.
A vehicle will be provided to be used solely for business use.
