Overview
As Regional Engineering Manager for the South East, you will drive the growth of contractual service income and oversee a regional engineering team. You will partner with customers to expand service offerings and ensure high-performance delivery that meets targets. You’ll manage PPM, first fix, and reactive billing to align with monthly P&L, while upholding G4S values and security standards. This role sits at the intersection of operations, account management and service delivery, offering impact across communities and clients.

Responsibilities
- Grow regional contractual service income through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offerings
- Manage engineering performance to achieve 95% response targets to customers
- Manage PPM performance, ensuring 100% completion of scheduled works within month
- Oversee first fix performance and drive improvements
- Perform general performance management of a team of 12 engineers in line with G4S values and processes
- Oversee small works execution
- Manage reactive billing and planned works to meet monthly income targets (P&L)
- Conduct customer meetings and account management
