The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
We have a new opportunity for a Regional Engineering Manager for our South East area. Growing the region's contractual service income (currently over 2.5m) through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offerings.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing engineering performance to ensure we attain 95% response targets to our customer base.
- Managing PPM performance, attaining 100% completion of scheduled works within the month.
- Managing first fix performance, looking for ways to improve on an already strong performance.
- General performance management of a team of 12 engineers to ensure all G4S Values and processes are followed.
- Overseeing small works.
- Managing reactive billing and planned works to attain a monthly income in line with P&L.
- Customer meetings and account management.
The position will be 40hrs per week, 25 days annual leave (+B/Hols). Company car, pension, phone, laptop. Successful candidates must be located in the South East for ease of reach to both customers and local engineering base.
