Are you a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively? If so, we are looking to recruit an Archive and Administration Officer at Manchester Magistrates Court.
As the Archive and Administration Officer you will:
- Provide an archive, storage and retrieval service of court registers and other required documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties including Helpdesk cover, PO Management, Stationery stock control and CAFM Data Input.
- Oversee PO receipting and resolving supplier queries on invoices and deliveries.
- Manage stationery stock, distribution, and request logs.
- Monitor copier usage and perform basic troubleshooting, coordinating repairs with suppliers.
- Log Near Miss incidents accurately in Info Exchange.
- Cover Helpdesk shifts, logging and resolving tasks in CAFM promptly.
- Carry out additional administrative duties for on-site management.
- Support porterage duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Flexible, reliable and punctual
- IT literate with excellent spoken and written English
- Numeracy skills
- Highly organised with superior organisational abilities coupled with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
