SCHOOL CATERING SUPERVISOR
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Catering Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis based in Malmesbury.
We are looking for a friendly individual to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising a small team that provide a catering and food service to the school. Your role will include serving, cleaning, ordering, stock taking and training. You will also have an awareness of health and food safety standards and will maintain service delivery at all times.
Responsibilities

  • Supervision of staff to ensure timely completion and preparation for service periods.
  • Ensure the proper and economical use of all materials and equipment and appropriate portion control is implemented at all times.
  • Work in conjunction with the Catering Manager to assist with the development and monitoring of standards and good working practices.
  • Daily preparation of items on the menu as directed by the catering manager.
  • Daily Cleaning of kitchen and restaurant areas to agreed policies and standards to reach all food hygiene and health and safety standards.
  • Cashing up of tills or loaders and collation of information for Catering Manager.
