London and surrounding areas - we have lots of opportunities to work! Pay Rate for Festivals: From £12.71 - £14.00 per hour depending on the role/position. London is a key location for G4S Events and working with us will give you an opportunity to be a part of some of the biggest festivals this summer. We are looking to recruit Event SIA (DS) Security Officers, Response Officers and Supervisors to join our team working at a variety of festivals this summer, including All Points East, British Summer Time, Krankbrother, LIDO and many more.

You could be inside or outside, on your feet showing people where to go, checking tickets at entry points, monitoring the crowd or managing the car parking facilities. Wherever you are, you’ll be the fun, helpful and friendly face representing G4S Events.
Responsibilities- Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
- Searching visitors on entry to venues
- Ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into the secured zones within the venues
- Monitoring visitor / crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
- Dealing with visitor / crowd disruptions
- Securing licensed / hospitality areas

You will need to hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence for this role - if you don't have this you can still be considered as a Steward, so please see our other opportunities on the website.
