Event Customer Care Stewards - O2 London £12.60 per hour. London is a thriving city with a busy events calendar and there is always something to look forward to. We are looking to recruit additional Event Customer Care Stewards to join our team working at a variety of events at the O2 Arena, London. You will have opportunities to work at conferences, festivals and music concerts across the region and the UK. Availability during evening or weekends, flexible hours or 40+ hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Secure venues, staff and visitors for customers.
- Carry out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures.
- Greeting, assisting and directing visitors attending the event.
- Ensure no prohibited or restricted items are taken into secured zones within the venues.
- Monitor visitor/crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and take action as necessary.
Qualifications:
You do not need any previous experience, other than the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with our customers. Applicants holding Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above) are preferred but not essential. Must be willing to go through funded training once on board.
