We are looking to recruit Female Events SIA Security Stewards to support our current Events Team working at some of Glasgow\’s top venues. This includes sporting events at Barclays Hampden Park, Ibrox Stadium, Celtic Football Club and Scotstoun Stadium, as well as live entertainment events at Barclays Hampden Park, Scottish Event Campus, SEC Armadillo, SWG3 and New Edmiston House. You may also work at major events in Edinburgh and across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out pre- and post-event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures

Searching female customers upon arrival

Being redeployed to pitch, response or hospitality

Ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into secured zones within the venues

Monitoring visitor and crowd movement and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and taking appropriate action

Dealing with visitor or crowd disruptions

Securing licensed and hospitality areas

Requirements

Must be over 18 years old

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
