THE ROLE
As a Station Enquiry Assistant, you will be helping people with a wide variety of enquiries and supporting our customers with their needs. You will be part of our diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public-facing office. You will benefit from our industry-leading training, which all our Station Enquiry Assistants receive before their deployment. This training will help you develop skills and knowledge which you will be able to take forward with you throughout your working career, no matter what that shall entail. With ongoing support and development from your management team and colleagues, you will feel right at home at G4S. You will be able to showcase your administrative and IT skills and learn new bespoke software packages. Your attention to detail will be imperative, as updating records and writing reports will be your bread and butter. You should also be flexible to commute to various locations within a 30-mile radius, and in some locations, there may be a requirement for you to work weekends and/or night shifts. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
