As a Security Receptionist at G4S, you'll be a key part of our security team ensuring that all visitors and clients are welcomed in a professional manner, ensuring the premises security whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. You'll be the first person visitors meet on arrival, so this role is key to creating a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the reception area is presentable and queries are handled efficiently.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and managing the switchboard.
  • Liaising with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Ensuring the correct protocols and procedures are adhered to, such as the issuing of visitor badges and site access.
  • Dealing with any breaches or incidents as required.
