As a Security Receptionist at G4S, you'll be a key part of our security team ensuring that all visitors/clients are welcomed in a professional manner, ensuring the premises security whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. You'll be the first person visitors meet on arrival, so this role is key to creating a professional and friendly atmosphere - from ensuring the reception area is presentable to handling queries efficiently.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. You'll be handling incoming phone calls and managing the switchboard, liaising with clients, visitors, and staff. You'll be an integral part of the security operation, ensuring the correct protocols and procedures are adhered to, such as the issuing of visitor badges and site access, and dealing with any breaches or incidents as required.
With a keen eye for detail and a brilliant way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role with exciting career opportunities. With previous experience within a similar role, you will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.
