THE ROLE

An SIA licence is required for this role, but do not worry if you don't currently hold one, as you can receive full training from us! As a Mobile Security Officer at G4S for one of our prestigious Government clients, you will be responsible for providing break relief for on-site security staff. Duties may include foot patrols, controlling access at points of entry, responding to emergency situations and helping to identify and prevent criminal activity. Many of our leadership team began their G4S careers as Security Officers, progressing through our numerous opportunities and career paths. You will be in their safe hands, with full training and support provided.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As our ideal candidate, you should hold a valid SIA License and Full UK Driving License. You should also be aged 18 or over and be flexible to work a varied shift pattern which includes days, nights, weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. Experience within the industry and familiarity with using workplace computer systems, although not essential, would also be beneficial to you for this job. You will need to provide us with your 5 year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
