Full time: 40 hours per week

As a Court Security Officer for G4S, variety is guaranteed. Your location and job activities will regularly change which means no two days are ever the same. You'll ensure the safety of our customers and clients and we will train and support you every step of the way.

We are looking for Ballymena court security officers to join us on a full-time basis.

A typical week will involve:

  • Visiting a range of sites within your area; ensuring the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Interacting with senior stakeholders such as Chief Justice, Judges, PSNI, NSPCC & Legal Professionals.
  • Learning & developing a broad range of security knowledge by working in various roles including control room, floor walking, responding to security breaches, and more.
  • Working industry-friendly shift patterns in a great team environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

If you are aged 18 or over, a confident communicator, a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service, this could be the career for you! A good understanding of IT is required. Previous security experience and an SIA licence are beneficial but not essential, as we provide full SIA licence training.

Our contractual requirements mean that you will generally work a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working 8-hour day shifts, with some flexibility depending on business needs.
