The Operations Executive, reporting into the Area Manager, will be responsible for supporting the account and operational management across a key strategic account in Headingley, Leeds. They will support the scheduling, training, and management of the casual workforce and assist in developing the operational management of the account. The appointed Operations Executive will also support the wider operational team and growth of the business.
Working 35 hours across 7 days per week (20 hours working onsite) with flexibility in line with business needs.

- Work across a key strategic account in all aspects of the contract management including:
- People / Workforce Engagement (driving a trained consistent workforce)
- Customer System Management / Scheduling
- Javelin System Management / Scheduling
- Any other reasonable management request

Skills and Knowledge
Essential:

- Minimum of 12 months experience working in the Events Industry

- Experience of working in a supervisory capacity at events

- Level 3 and/or 4 in Spectator Safety
