  • About G3M

G3M builds games, apps, and experiences — and we also care about the lifestyle around it.

We want a food offering that feels premium, performance-focused, and genuinely delicious for gym-goers and health-conscious people.

The Role

We’re looking for a meal prep cook/chef to create protein-rich meals and snacks for gym-goers.

You’ll design weekly rotating menus, prep and portion meals, and develop signature high-protein snacks (including creative desserts like protein brownies).

There are no rigid limitations — we want innovation and ‘think outside the box’ recipes that beat standard meal-prep competitors on flavour and consistency.

This is paid work (hourly or per-prep/milestone), with clear deliverables and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Can cook and meal-prep high-protein meals at scale (batch cooking, portioning, labelling).
  • Understands basic nutrition for gym-goers (protein targets, calories, balanced macros) and food safety/hygiene.
  • Can create protein-rich snacks (e. g., high-protein brownies, bars, desserts) without sacrificing taste.
  • Creative and experimental: willing to invent new recipes and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable planning weekly menus and shopping lists.
