Job Description:
Duties:
- Manage sub-contractor’s accounts in accordance with their terms and conditions to meet project demands and timeframes.
- Visit site to monitor work quality, progress, and cost management.
- Attend office/hybrid work arrangements and international visits as required.
- Procure, manage, coordinate, and quality control all relevant MEP parties, ensuring compliance with G3 standards throughout the project.
- Establish MEP procurement and packaging strategies aligned with building fabric elements.
- Complete MEP procurement programmes integrated into the overall project schedule.
- Prepare MEP tender documents, including scopes, interface documents, design responsibility matrices, and builders work matrices.
- Ensure timely issuance and auditing of MEP designs for compliance, buildability, and commissionability.
- Assist the Design Manager with technical advice, producing, agreeing, and managing a realistic design programme and information schedule to meet design, procurement, and construction needs.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks in the procurement strategy.
- Develop risk schedules related to design issues and sub-contractor compliance.
- Conduct financial and technical assessments of sub-contractor tender submissions.

- Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status
