Duties:
- Manage sub-contractor’s account in strict accordance with their terms and conditions to meet project demands/timeframes.
- Visits on site to view works completed, quality and management of costs.
- Attend office/Hybrid working and international visits where required.
- Procure, manage, coordinate and quality control all the relevant MEP parties ensuring compliance with G3 Standards throughout the project.
- Establish MEP procurement/packaging strategy aligned with building fabric elements.
- Complete MEP procurement programme that is aligned/integrated into overall programme.
- Complete MEP tender documents incorporating scopes, interface documents, design responsibility matrices and builders work matrix.
- Ensure MEP design is issued in a timely fashion and audited to guarantee compliance, build-ability and commission-ability.
- Assist Design Manager with provision of technical advice, to produce, agree and manage with all relevant parties, a realistic design programme and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.
- Identify, manage and contain the risks inherent in the procurement strategy.
- Complete risk schedule relative to outstanding design issues and sub-contractor non-compliance.
- Complete financial assessment and technical analysis of sub-contractor tender submissions.

Qualifications Required:
- HND or Degree level education
- Experience in the construction industry
- Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status
Experience required:
- Sound skills with negotiation, experience of confirming, agreeing and pricing variations.
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts in particular NEC3/4
