Site Manager (Africa)

Job Description This is an exciting Expatriate opportunity to work on an International Construction project in Africa. Please note, applicants will be required to obtain UK standard baseline security clearance to secure the role. Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 (gross) per annum Task Descriptions: Responsible for the safety and welfare of the general public, staff and supply chain within their control under the strict observance of the G3 Systems Safety policy Ensuring sub-contractors plan, operate and deliver the contract in accordance with their scope of works and the programme plan in conjunction with the Project Manager. Ensuring that sub-contractors deliver in accordance with the agreed design and quality standards. Manage the site diary in accordance with Company best practice. Manage weekly reporting to the Project Manager in accordance with the contract Ensure that site activities are in accordance with UK health and safety standards and that agreed standards are agreed at the outset of the project. Ensure that a site induction process is implemented and managed. Toolbox talks are developed and delivered. Manage site access restrictions. Equipment usage restrictions and procedures.
