We are seeking an experienced Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to support United States Air Force infrastructure programmes based at RAF Mildenhall. This is a key commercial role responsible for providing cost management, quantity surveying and commercial support throughout the lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projec

Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist cost engineering and commercial support across a diverse portfolio of construction and facilities engineering proj

ects.
The role is fundamental to delivering accurate cost estimates, supporting Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), developing DD Form 1391 documentation, monitoring programme expenditure and providing life-cycle cost analysis in accordance with the Performance Work Statement

(PWS).
