G3 Systems Ltd is recruiting experienced Challenger 2 Gunners to support the Challenger 3 programme, including live trials across UK defence facilities.
Successful candidates will undergo onboarding and Challenger 3 conversion at the Telford site and join dedicated trial crews for vehicle operation and weapons system evaluation.
Initial training covers Challenger 3 conversion, baseline assessment, simulator and practical vehicle training, with travel across UK trial locations as required.
