About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and influential finance leader to drive strong financial control, deliver high-quality management information, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, cashflow management, and ensuring compliance with IFRS 15, while working closely with stakeholders at all levels to turn financial insight into action. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce appropriate financial disciplines and controls
  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Support the business in providing accurate and timely management information
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to all key stakeholders; and respond to changes in the business
  • Proactively work with the business to compile and manage cashflow, and identify and manage risk
  • Revenue Recognition IFRS15
  • Present and operate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
  • To speak finance to non-finance managers
  • To champion finance processes and compliance to accounting practices, challenging behaviours and embedding best practice throughout the wider business
  • Monitor and ensure the validity of the information available

Qualifications Required

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. May consider a QBE accountant

  • Keen to work with the wider business

Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum
