Through our digital and physical marketplace we remarket:

Established in 2009 by Matthew Dale and Amanda Holtby, G3 Vehicle Auctions was created to launch a digital auction at a time when physical was all the industry knew. Leading the way in the advancement of vehicle remarketing, G3 has become one of the most innovative and dynamic vehicle auction companies in the UK, chosen by vendors and buyers alike for our exceptional service.
Fast forward 15 years and G3 offer unique auctioneer-led sale events simultaneously across multiple auction halls and online.
G3 Remarketing is Established. Joint Directors Matthew Dale and Amanda Holtby launch G3 as a truly independent and purely digital vehicle remarketing business.
G3 Pledges Long-Term Support to the Prince of Wales Charity. G3 begins its charitable partnership, pledging to donate £1 from every car sold through their auction to the Prince of Wales Hospice. In 2011 alone, a huge £30,000 donation was made, growing year-on-year.
G3 Nominated for Industry Awards. After developing our industry-leading self-appraisal app, G3 becomes a finalist for the ‘innovation in Tech’ award by the Credit and Collections Tech Awards and ‘Best Remarketing’ in the Business Car Awards.
G3 has launched a Self Appraisal App as one of the leading technological advancements in the industry. Never static, G3 continues to develop, investing in a modern, cutting-edge auction site located ideally in Castleford. Able to accommodate all our vendor’s stock, this site provides more room for vendors and buyers alike.
G3 recognised in ‘Best Company’ staff surveys. Using the Best Companies survey, the G3 team were recognised as a Top 10 Automotive company to work for in the Best Companies guide 2021.
G3 claim clean sweep of major industry honours. G3 won three prestigious awards including ‘Remarketing Company of the Year’ at both the Independent Dealer Awards and the Industry Awards by Motor Trader. We are also awarded ‘Auction House of the Year’ by Car Dealer.
G3 Highly Commended at Industry Awards. Furthering our success in previous years, G3 came back Highly Commended at the Car Dealer Power Awards 2022 recognising the great service our team provides to our expanding network of Dealers. Additionally, we came Highly Commended at the Motor Trader Industry Awards.
G3 claim First Place in Industry Awards. G3 won further awards recognising the exceptional service we provide. These awards include ‘Remarketing Company of the Year’ at the Independent Dealer Awards by Motor Trader. We were also awarded ‘Auction House of the Year’ by Car Dealer.

G3 Join NAPA Racing UK for 2025 BTCC series. G3 are proud to join the NAPA Racing UK team for the 2025 BTCC season. With 10 race weekends from April until October, covering the length of the UK, G3 will be covering the season as sponsors of two drivers and their cars.
G3 Castleford will be supporting Driver #27 Dan Cammish for the season, with G3 Bedford cheering on driver #77 Sam Osborne. The G3 social media team will be tracking both drivers as they look to have a successful season with the NAPA Racing UK crew.
NAPA Racing UK are a team made up of the Alliance Automotive and NAPA Parts network, with G3 also offering their LCVs at upcoming auctions as part of the new partnership for 2025.

For over 10 years we’ve worked closely with our chosen adult charity partner – the Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract – to take part in fundraising activities whilst also donating portions of our profits too!
And since 2019 we’ve partnered with our children’s charity – Martin House Children’s Hospice in Boston Spa. Donating contributions of vehicles sold alongside regular fundraising and events, all to raise awareness for this amazing charity.
