G3 Vehicle Auctions was established in 2009 and has grown to become one of the UK’s fastest‑growing vehicle remarketing and disposal management specialists, with over 130 team members across two auction facilities. Our 14‑acre suite in Castleford opened in 2021 and, following by 2024, a second 14‑acre centre has opened in Bedford. With strategic locations in the north and south, G3 continues to reshape expectations of both physical and online auctions, supported by a new operational platform and client interfaces.
The Quality & Resolutions Officer plays a key role in ensuring that customer interactions meet internal standards, regulatory expectations, and quality benchmarks, while striving to reach satisfactory outcomes for customer grievances. The role is split between two key focus areas within the compliance team: Quality and Resolutions.
- Quality: This position reinforces a focus on ‘quality’ across the business, with responsibility for conducting call reviews, monitoring customer communication channels, and ensuring staff adhere to FCA requirements, ISO9001 processes, and internal policies. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying training needs, providing feedback, and supporting compliance‑related initiatives across the business.
- Resolutions: The position will own all incoming customer grievances, claims, and complaint cases raised. It ensures timely, fair, and accurate investigation and resolution of each customer‑raised concern through G3’s bespoke CRM platform. The role works closely with branch managers to investigate each grievance, acting as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, internal departments, and external stakeholders, while maintaining business quality standards and transparent communication with customers.
