Administrator – Front of House (Full‑Time, Site Based) – G3 Bedford, MK44 1ZY

G3 Vehicle Auctions, established in 2009, is one of the UK’s fastest‑growing vehicle remarketing and disposal management specialists with over 130 team members across two UK auction facilities. Our 14‑acre Bedford site, opened in 2024, continues our expansion across the UK.

Overview

  • Registering buyers upon arrival at sale
  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and enquiries – directing calls to relevant departments or taking messages as appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, ensuring they are looked after during their visit
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing mail deliveries and managing outgoing mail
  • Management of fines and charges processes
  • Completing daily administrative tasks including liaising with customers and external partners, requesting documentation, and supporting auctioneers/rostrum duties as required
  • Data input, V5 applications preparation and dispatch, retrieving documents for customers, lotting, and handling fines
