The IT Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing engaging learning materials, and delivering high-quality IT training programs to employees or clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess organizational or client IT training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions (in-person or virtual) on topics such as Microsoft Office, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, and company-specific systems.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching or group workshops to improve technical competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technologies, software, and instructional methods.
