G3 is looking for a manager to join G3's MENA team in London.

The successful candidate will manage strategic intelligence and complex due diligence projects, predominantly in the MENA region.

We are looking for resourceful and self-motivated candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Management of enhanced due diligence and strategic intelligence projects across MENA, including but not limited to the Gulf, Türkiye and North Africa;
  • Drafting accurate, concise and clearly structured briefings and reports;
  • Briefing clients and other external and internal stakeholders on existing project work;
  • Briefing clients on developments, specific countries or sectors in the MENA region;
  • Identifying, vetting, and cultivating a range of human sources across major MENA geographies and industries;
  • Mentoring and guidance of junior team members; and
  • Drafting client ready project proposals and assist with wider business development activities.

The successful candidate will have

  • Advanced research proficiency in Arabic AND Farsi OR Arabic AND Turkish.
  • Proactive communication and excellent interpersonal skills for delivering client briefings and liaising with other internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills for report drafting and client briefings;
  • Concise, clear business writing capabilities;
  • Specialisation in the MENA region, paired with an understanding of commercial and regulatory risks faced by investors across the region;
  • Strong and creative public record research capabilities and research stamina/endurance;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience producing complex commercial writing and advisory (e. g. consultancy, business intelligence, law, or corporate project management);
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at the same time, and meet client deadlines.
  • High levels of commercial awareness (able to quickly understand a company’s value chain, corporate governance and processes, touchpoints with government and regulatory bodies, and potential commercial and regulatory risks associated with its sector).
  • High levels of cultural awareness (able to appreciate differences and similarities between business practices and expectations in different geographies, underpinned by an interest in MENA politics, business and current affairs).
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal oversight.
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
