The Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in this team, you will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Right to Buy and Help to Buy schemes
  • Lease extensions
  • Potential for high-value and rural/countryside properties
