An established Essex law firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (NQ+) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing department. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Supporting clients throughout the transaction from instruction to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Working closely with support staff to ensure an efficient client experience
- Contributing positively to the continued growth of the department
To be considered, you will ideally have:
