The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Westhill, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential transactions from start to finish, with regular client interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
- Managing files independently and prioritising workload effectively
- Delivering clear and practical advice to clients
- Using case management systems to maintain efficient file progression
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
- Is qualified with up to 5 years’ PQE
- Has experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
- Has good communication and client-facing skills
- Works well independently and can prioritise their workload
- Has a good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Brings a proactive and organised approach
