A Corporate/Commercial Solicitor will be given the opportunity to work for one of Shropshire's leading law firms. The firm will consider both part‐time and full‐time candidates, offering flexible working hours and flexible office locations, including Hereford, Shrewsbury and Telford.

The Role
As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, you will join a market‐leading practice with a network of offices across the Shropshire region. You will work closely with other members of the department on more complex transactions, with plenty of support from senior, highly experienced members of the team, while also running your own caseload of matters. You will work on matters including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, as well as commercial agreements such as client/agency agreements, cooperation agreements, strategic alliances, partnerships and technology licences.
About You
The firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with around NQ–5 years' post‐qualification experience to join its reputable department. More experienced candidates will also be considered and no one with the right experience is discouraged from applying. The firm is seeking a background of experience in the areas outlined above, along with a strong academic track record and, ideally, experience working with owner‐managed companies.
