An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established and growing family law team.

This role would suit a solicitor with a strong background in private family law, particularly someone experienced in advising high net worth clients on complex financial and children matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload, work closely with experienced colleagues and support the Head of Team on more complex cases.

The Role

The successful Family Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of private family matters, providing high-quality legal advice and a commercially focused service to clients.

The caseload is expected to include

  • Divorce and Civil Partnership Dissolution
  • Financial Remedy Proceedings
  • High Net Worth and Complex Financial Matters
  • Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements
  • Wealth Protection and Asset Preservation
  • Cohabitation Agreements
  • Children Act Matters
  • Specific Issue Orders
  • Prohibited Steps Orders
  • Relocation Cases
  • Grandparents' Rights
  • Occupation Orders
  • Non-Molestation Orders

Alongside managing their own matters, the successful solicitor will also have the opportunity to assist the Head of Team with complex and high-value family law cases, providing valuable exposure to more sophisticated work.

The Ideal Family Solicitor

The firm is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who is confident handling private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Strong experience in private family law
  • Experience managing their own caseload
  • A background in financial remedy and/or children matters
