Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Totnes, Devon

What will you do?

  • Assist Solicitors & Fee Earners with all their conveyancing matters!
  • Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters
  • Deal with new client instructions & footfall into the office
  • Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding
  • Produce & issue contract packs
  • Complete searches
  • Post exchange & post completion matters
  • Prepare completion statements
  • Obtain mortgage funds
  • Handle registrations and SDLT returns
  • Have client contact at all stages of transactions
  • Become a very valued member of the firm and team

What do you need?

  • To have at least 1 year residential conveyancing experience
  • To have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm
  • To already be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
