A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Wealth team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer, Wills and Probate Solicitor, Trusts Solicitor, or Estate Planning Solicitor looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm offering high-quality work, genuine career progression, hybrid working and strong client exposure.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and complex estate planning advice
- Probate and estate administration
- Creation and administration of Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters
- Wealth preservation and succession planning
- Advising high-net-worth and multi-generational family clients
This is a highly client-facing position offering the opportunity to build long-term client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
Business Development & Networking
A key part of this role involves developing relationships with local referrers, professional contacts and clients across Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys:

Your Requirements
We are keen to hear from:
- Qualified Solicitors/Legal Executives with 5+ years PQE (applications outside this range are welcomed)
- Experience handling a broad Private Client caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and LPAs
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP (desirable but not essential)
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 – £75,000 DOE
