About the Role:
As Team Leader – Residential Conveyancing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a busy conveyancing department. You’ll oversee a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, while also mentoring junior staff and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support residential conveyancing transactions
- Handle a diverse caseload including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Shared ownership schemes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
