Our specialist family focused law firm in Taunton is expanding and seeks a talented Childcare Lawyer to join the growing team.

The role – what you’ll be doing will include:
- Manage your own caseload of children/childcare matters.
- You will have dedicated paralegal support & join a highly experienced team of senior Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals.
- Represent parents, family members and children in all aspects of public law proceedings across courts predominately in the South West.
- Representing children in R16.4 proceedings.
- Private law children work is also available.
What you’ll need:
- To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in family/childcare law.
- Those already on the Childrens Panel are encouraged to apply, as are more junior lawyers looking to achieve panel membership (with the firms full support).
