I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that continues to expand its high-performing property team. This is a standout opportunity for experienced Property Lawyers seeking genuine flexibility, excellent earning potential and clear long-term career progression within a forward-thinking, modern firm.

You’ll have the choice of fully remote working or a hybrid arrangement from the Leeds office, allowing you to work in a way that best suits your lifestyle. This firm has built an outstanding reputation by combining innovative technology with a genuinely client-centric approach. With strong infrastructure and regional support across the UK, you’ll benefit from the stability of a national organisation while enjoying the autonomy and flexibility of a progressive working environment.

Whether your priority is improving work life balance, reducing commute time, or maximising your earnings, this opportunity offers the platform to do all three.

The Role

Following a structured and supportive Learning & Development induction, you’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload aligned to your experience level. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions and shared ownership matters. You’ll be supported by modern case management systems and dedicated operational teams, freeing you up to focus on progressing transactions efficiently and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Crucially, the firm offers a highly competitive and transparent bonus structure, with realistic earning potential of up to £18,000 per year on top of your base salary. This is designed to reward productivity and performance, giving you real control over your total earnings. Alongside this, there is a clearly defined career pathway, ensuring genuine opportunities for progression as you develop within the business.

About You

To be considered, you’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently, along with solid technical knowledge across property transactions. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A proactive, service-driven mindset

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with relevant expertise.

What’s on Offer?

In addition to a competitive base salary and market-leading bonus potential (up to £18k), the firm provides a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • 25 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off
  • Fully remote or hybrid working options
  • Free conveyancing legal fees
  • Additional leave when moving home
  • Volunteering days
  • Retail discounts and regular social events
  • Refer-a-friend bonus scheme
  • Ongoing structured training and development

The firm is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourages applications from all backgrounds. Support throughout the recruitment process is available where needed. All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory DBS and financial background checks in line with data protection requirements.
