An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Business Crime & Regulatory team.
Acting for a diverse client base, you will advise businesses and individuals on a wide range of complex regulatory, health & safety and business crime matters, working alongside recognised specialists in this field.

You will manage your own varied caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on complex and high-profile matters.
The role offers exposure to regulatory investigations, prosecutions and advisory work across a broad range of sectors.
Key responsibilities include
- Advising and representing corporate clients and individuals on a broad range of Business Crime & Regulatory matters.
- Managing complex investigations and prosecutions involving bodies such as the HSE, Environment Agency, DVSA, CQC, CPS, local authorities and other UK regulators.
- Handling multi-agency health & safety prosecutions, regulatory enforcement and criminal investigations.
- Representing clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings before the Courts.
- Advising on insurance-backed litigation, including policy coverage and claims handling.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting the continued growth of the team.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to further strengthen the firm's presence within the market.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
