I am working with a leading International commercial law firm that is looking to add a junior Real Estate Associate to its high performing Leeds team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a top tier environment and gain exposure to high quality, large scale work.
The Opportunity
You will join a well-established Transactional Real Estate team acting for a mix of FTSE 100 clients and major regional players. The role offers exposure to a full range of commercial property matters, with the chance to get involved in high value investment work, large scale portfolio transactions and development projects. This is a particularly strong option for someone looking to accelerate their development, with early responsibility, strong partner access and a clear pathway to progression.
The Role
You will support and, in some cases, lead on a variety of matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property and portfolios
- Landlord and tenant work and asset management matters
- Development and regeneration projects
- Corporate support real estate work
- Working closely with key client account teams and building relationships
You will be working alongside and often opposite other leading national firms, giving you exposure to high level transactions from an early stage.

The team has an excellent reputation in the market and is known for its commercial, pragmatic approach to transactions.
