A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Principal Associate / Legal Director (8+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior Real Estate lawyer to join a growing team with a strong reputation in the market, working on high-quality development and investment matters for a broad range of leading clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, with particular experience across development and investment work. You will advise on a variety of complex transactions, including land acquisitions, development agreements, pre-lets, forward funding arrangements, investment acquisitions and disposals.

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive Real Estate division that operates nationally, with access to specialists across Planning, Construction, Real Estate Tax and Banking, allowing the team to provide a full-service offering to clients across the entire property lifecycle.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Associate, Principal Associate or Legal Director who is looking for:
