You will have experience handling high-value and complex cases in the County Court, High Court and Tribunal Services, along with a working understanding of the Service Complaints System. A genuine commitment to supporting service personnel and veterans is essential, as is the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with complex and politically nuanced cases.
