An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time, permanent position offering high-quality work, hybrid working, clear career progression and an exceptional work/life balance.

Our client is a well-established firm with multiple offices and an outstanding reputation for delivering the calibre of work typically associated with larger national practices. The firm is committed to investing in its people, offering twice-yearly appraisals, structured career development and clear guidance on progression to the next stage of your career.

The Dispute Resolution team is entering an exciting growth phase and currently includes a Partner, an Associate, a Solicitor, a trainee and a paralegal. Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE to strengthen the team.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters, acting predominantly for SMEs. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on:

  • Commercial litigation
  • Property litigation
  • Breach of contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Breach of statutory and fiduciary duties, including director and trustee disputes.

Experience in insolvency litigation, contentious probate, or construction disputes would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
