An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or part-qualified CILEX professional to join a busy and growing residential conveyancing practice based in West Sussex.

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to support an established and successful practice with a substantial existing caseload and strong pipeline of new instructions. This role offers genuine flexibility and would suit:

  • A qualified or part-qualified CILEX professional
  • A Licensed Conveyancer
  • An experienced residential conveyancing fee earner
  • Someone returning to the profession following maternity leave, a career break or semi-retirement
  • A candidate seeking either part-time or full-time hours

The Role

You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters, with flexibility to focus on sales, purchases, or mixed caseloads depending on your experience and preferences. Duties may include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Dealing with sale and purchase files
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Providing excellent client care throughout the transaction process
  • Supporting the continued growth of the practice

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous residential conveyancing experience
  • The ability to manage files with minimal supervision
